Dear Friends:
Thank you for visiting our web site. We are very proud of our employee-owned bank and of the services we offer. All of our employees are included in the ownership structure. PCB employee-owners take a great deal of pride in the level of service provided to our customers.
We give each customer our special, personal attention and our goal is to provide quick answers. Since each employee-owner has the authority and responsibility to make decisions and help solve problems, our customers don't get put on hold or routed to several different departments to get an answer. Even though we have conveniences such as 24-hour touch tone banking, internet banking, and a voice mail system, we still have a real person answering our switchboard and handling our customer calls for that personal touch that our customers demand.
We value customer suggestions and use these as a way to constantly improve our services and products. As owners, each employee has a vested interest in the happiness and success of each customer. We realize that our success depends on the satisfaction of each of our customers.
